Why is that I can't install OS Mojave or Catalina in my iMac 2012 ?

It sounds like you downloaded the Update for Mojave.

You need to download the Mojave Upgrade from the App Store.

You can download the Catalina installer from the App Store directly.

This is exactly what I get when I intend to Download Mojave,

This versión of macOS 10.14.6 cannot be installed on this computer ,thank you for your help!
