Documents are gone after using Migration Assistent

Hello,

I used migration assistent to copy files from my old MacBook to my new iMac. Stupidly I gave it the same name as my iMac has. Now all the documents I made on my iMac are gone! Anybody knows were I can find them?

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

I gave the account of my MacBook the same name as my iMac... Very stupid. So the files were overwritten by the files from the MacBook.

Luckily, my computer has made an automatic backup to the TimeCapsule, so I've got my documents back! I'm very glad it is solved.
