iOS update

I’m using iPhone 6 ,i want to know if it can be updated to iOS 13and how ?

It can't. It's stuck on iOS 12.4.6. The phone is too old (almost 6 years now) and it's hardware is incapable of supporting iOS 13.

Please buy a new, current-gen iPhone if you want or need iOS 13.
