I can’t seem to get anything but Download appearing on the first screen, after it downloads. How do I get to watch my free subscription of Apple TV?

Just want to clarify something... Note that the entire contents of the Apple TV app are not free even with a Apple TV+ subscription. In the subscription only the content of the Apple TV+ (Plus) section is included. Too many folks confuse the issue and therefore thought that I'd clarify. Thanks.
