My iCloud password doesn’t work

Perhaps you have forgotten your Apple ID password.

You also can use Having trouble signing in/iForgot https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid to try to recover your password.

What happens when you try? Error message(s)?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.      

If necessary

Hard reset.        

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.      

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

It keeps telling me to put in my password for my Apple ID and it keeps saying that this application does not exist and to try again or sometimes it says an error occurred I’ve change my password but it still keeps giving me the same things can anyone help

There are multiple posts about this tonight. There was a server problem that now appears to be fixed.
