I bought a Mac for my wife with Logic pre-installed. Now we would like to use Logic on my MacBook too for mobile recordings. Do I have to buy it again for £200, or can I use the license from the previous purchase? And if so, how?

Just log in to the APP store on your other device, your purchased Logic will be in there, download on to that computer, nothing extra to pay, you can have Logic on as many computers as you personally own. Enjoy!
