Recent MS update has made excel files unusable
Since my recent Microsoft update, I can no longer open my excel files. Not good. I can't find any way to recover from anywhere including temporary files. Can anyone help please?
As a follow to my initial message. Here is the Alert that I get when trying to open:
Excel cannot open the file '~$SL 2020 BOOKINGS.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.
