Apple TV not playing Apple Music Subscription

Something is out of sync ... I can play my Music subscription on iphone, macbook .. but on my new Apple TV, it loads up my profile but music doesn't play. When I use the remote microphone, the reply is that I need an apple music subscription. Apple TV is setup correctly, checked the subscription settings, even logged in and out of icloud. Still not working.. something got out of sync and not sure how to fix.

You may need to restore your Apple TV to factory settings.
