Forgot iCloud ID and password

Dear Concern,

I am using i-phone 5s. I forgot my icloud id and password. How can i opprate my phone.

I am unable to open it without id and password.

Model- A1530

Hi,

This is a public community forum. For that reason, I'd recommend not posting your phone number here.

With that being said, you can reset your Apple ID password at https://appleid.apple.com. Once you do that, you should be able to log in with your Apple ID.

Ah, so you bought a used iPhone that is linked to someone else’s Apple ID. That is called Activation Lock, and is a theft deterrent. If you can’t find the person who enabled Activation Lock you will never be able to use the phone. and most likely it’s a stolen phone.
