I don't see "Battery Health"...

Is this feature not available on older MacBooks running Catalina 10.15.5?

Users are reporting it only appears on MacBook Pro with ThunderBolt-3 ports, 2016 and later.

Not what I wanted to hear, but thanks for the quick response nonetheless. Apparently I haven't forked-over enough money recently enough to merit battery management...
