Can you help me get more space

There’s no hardware upgrade for iPhone and iPad, only replacement with a new or new-to-you model. There are iCloud storage upgrades available up to two terabytes: Buy more iCloud storage - Apple Support — this won’t help with increasing your iPhone or iPad storage, but can provide a place to move some of the existing contents onto.

The only way to increase your storage is to delete things from it.
