Hey does anyone know why my photos won’t upload to my iCloud backup?

Your photos should be uploading to iCloud Photos, not necessarily the backup.

Ya that’s what I mean they won’t upload and it keeps saying it’s stopped to preserve battery also it won’t let me send any photos in messages either.
