Google Chrome is unable to access my camera and there is no permission or option given to allow or deny it . There is no option to allow or deny the access of camera in the app or setting also which makes it difficult to appear for online interviews and exams .

Many of those websites expect you to be using a computer. The website may not be set up for Chrome on the iPhone.
Reach out to the company and/or your teacher to find out if using a phone is supported.
