Is it possible to edit a photo migrated into photos from Aperture?

Yes, in a limited way. You have to revert an image from Aperture or iPhoto to the original, if it has adjustments applied, before you can add further adjustments in Photos.

When you migrate an Aperture Library to Photos, the adjustments for edited versions will be migrated as previews, with the adjustments burned in. When you revert the image to the original, the Aperture preview (that may be of a smaller pixel size, depending on your Aperture Preferences for Previews) will be discarded and you can start over from the high resolution original.
