App store region change

when I changed the country of extension to America, nothing special happened at first (I changed to have access to many applications). But now when I try to install something, it says "the selected app does not exist." How can this be fixed?

Did you change the region associated with your Apple ID or did you just switch which store you were browsing to the US?

You may only use the store for the country in which you are a legal resident and provide a payment method from that country. If a credit card it must be issued by a bank in that country with a verifiable billing address in that country.
