Hi, there were tons of susriptions that I am trying to cancel .

  1. Ok here it is. There’re were several subscriptions that didn’t order !for past three months I have been missing a unbeilivable among of money missing. I called my debit direct express card they told it was from I tunes. I do not even have tha downloaded. I do subscribe to about three subscibtions incuding Smule app. Singing app, face lab, and I beielve adobe scan.

But, before going there, check your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 to see if the charges are from Apple. If you think you are owed a refund, see Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.

  

If the charges are not from Apple, then could you have been scammed.


Is it possible that you gave potentially damaging information to someone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, Social Security, your bank, etc.

 

Is it possible that you gave you Apple ID password to a scammer? If yes, then

Apple will never request personal information by email such as Social Security numbers, your Mother’s maiden name or full credit card numbers. …The only exception to the above I have noticed is if you order something from the Apple Store (apple.com), your receipt will be addressed to Dear Apple Customer. That is a receipt for a purchase you initiated.”

Have you checked your subscriptions? Did your grandson subscribe to something?


Purchases - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions.

Please tell me how to cancel the I have like no history, nor did I used the clusters of other things this com eit th subscription.like Boost Video maker has 4addditions I believe I suscibed the 7.99 one when I had a out regions money missing from my account, I view the app three are three addition that I never knew about.94.00, 59.99 then there 94.99 I did not make the three subsciptions

Okay boost maker1year 94.00there are others . I do love your subscriptions , I can not afford so why would I? You can check my history and it will give my history. How can I respectly have a refund, because at the rate it’s going by 7am I am not going to have much money to live on for the whole month. I really respect your company, but clearly ther is a mistake on my account . I just need the refund for the subscriptions I didn’t order or lead to beielve there were 1@a reasonable price then it has several others connected.

I just searched , three is also **** hub, but only a few min. I’m totally embarrassed , I do have a 17yr old grand son , I just never thought! I have passwords on my iPad in my room. So it states it was nine months ago and it was not but fo 15 min. That hardly seems fair to charge outrages amount of money, for a limited income grandmother for 15 min. I just watched a few restricted videos. I will be applying to my iPad & iPhone , just put one on my xfinity accont.

I really don’t beielve, it was a scammed. I am am disabled I have a limited to no people in my home.

respectfully some of the apps did refund me . I am so upset right now, I’ll have to get back to some one as you mentioned there’re is a lengthy process to do. I have a very high anixienty level I really have to process all this. Doty very much I’ll grab pen paper ect , then proceed with the request. I thank you so very much I will return to this. I’ll speak with so end when my mind is not scrambled .

With all this going on, I went to grab my iPhone it’s not in the house! It says it’s 300 ft awaway , i just woke up with my grandson. Omg itotaly forgot about that. I am going to look, to see if it is anywhere around my home! I really don’t what the **** is happening, I am really not taking this well my grandchildren pictures are all on my phone! Oh lord so I beielve I have to call xfinity and report this. Thank god I have insurance . This is absolutely BANNAS, so I guess I’ll do that first then get back to Apple regarding my whole check?
