Mac crashes even when booting in safe mode.
Every time I boot up I am able to login and use my Mac for 15-30 seconds, then black screen and it has crashed.

You can enter ➔ macOS Recovery Mode and reinstall the macOS and see if that solves it.
Note that there are different modes of Recovery Mode and are explained well in the article above. Pick the one where you only have to reinstall macOS without erasing anything.
