That depends on why it isn’t showing. There are several possibilities:
You inadvertently moved it into a folder. Open Search (drag down from the middle of the screen) and search for “camera”. If it’s in a folder the camera icon will appear under ‘Applications” and the folder name will be next to it.
You inadvertently moved it to another page of the Home screen. From the search; if it appears at all it is on another page of the Home screen. Just look for it.
For either of the above, you can go to Settings/General/Reset - Reset Home Screen Layout. This will put all of the built in icons back where they started, and organize your added icons alphabetically.
If it doesn’t appear in Search, go to Settings/Screen Time, tap on Content &Privacy Restrictions, then Allowed Apps, and turn on the switch for Camera.
If the switch for Camera was already on, but your phone is under either Company or School Management or has a company email account the administrator has the option to disable pretty much any function.
