Hi there I recently bought an iPhone 11pro and my apps,text messages overall the whole phone keeps freezing. Can I please get some help with this? I’ve contacted my cellphone provider for technical support but haven’t been able to resolve the problem.

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
