Why won't Apple Music let me sign in to my Android?! It's MY music that I bought with MY money. Just let me sign in to godamn account so I can update my payment and listen to MY music

I want access to my apple account on my Android so I can listen to the music that I bought with MY money. I have been trying and trying and trying to just sign in to my account so that I can change my payment information and you still won't accept the information I keep giving. It keeps saying that I'll supposedly receive a text message to my trusted phone number which is my personal cell phone number and I never received it. All I want is to listen to the music that I bought. Like why is that so much to ask for?!

This is a user-to-user help forum. You are not addressing Apple here and we do not have access to your account - obviously.


If there was a payment issue and that’s why you need to change it, you’ll have to contact Apple directly to resolve it.

FWIW, Apple Music is a streaming service. You did not ”buy” any music by subscribing to it.
