iMac 2009 Boot problems

I have a second hand iMac 2009 model and I stupidly deleted everything even the OS and I cant re install it because you need the original Apple ID... is there a way I can purchase a disk or USB with an OSX to install, if so can you point me to it

You will need to use another Macintosh to prepare a macOS installation disk.
