I have an old email that I can’t seem to change Apple ID to new email. Forgotten last emails password. So it is making a chain of effects. Phone full, no memory, can’t do office work. Losing income

If you have forgotten the password to the email account, go to your email provider's web site, and see if there is a reset password option.
