MacBook 13” retina Pro 2015 Suddenly black screen

So today I was working on my MacBook and put it down for 5 minutes. I came back and the screen was black and I could not power the device on! I tried the SMC reset and PRAM, none have worked. There is no startup chime, fan noise or any other sign it is working.

I tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it, it still doesn’t work. Has anyone got any advice or similar experiences? Thankyou in advance! I’m at a loss here
