Deleted Mac OS. Left with Windows and recovery mode not working.

Hi.

I accidentally deleted Mac OS from my computer during a boot camp as I reset the computer from Windows. I am trying to get back to Mac OS but recovery mode is not working. On startup it goes straight to windows. No longer showing the Apple logo or anything. I have a time machine backup.

Can someone please let me know how I can restore back to Mac OS? I don’t mind if I lose windows.
