I cannot find my "I" icon on my apple watch. I'm trying to pair it with my new replacement watch

My old Iphone got ran over by a bus and I cannot turn it on and use it. I have a new Iphone and I'm trying to pair my new apple watch to it and I can't. (my apple watch was paired successfully to my old Iphone). I'm going through the Apple Support directions and it is asking me to go to the "I" icon to find my apple watch info and I've looked everywhere on my apple watch and can't find the "I" icon ??? It should be under settings next to the Wifi icon. Help please.

It's here;

You have to remove the old watch from your phone before you can pair it with the new one.
