Are they visible on icloud.com using the same Apple ID? Did you create a backup to either iTunes or iCloud?
If the answer to all of this is no, the photos are gone.

I have Apple ID an iCloud an I got my contacts Back but no pic😫 doesn’t make any sense... I thought if u have this stuff it’s all saved... I don’t know what iTunes is.
