Charges

I have been getting charges and I am unable to see what they are for

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Another possibility: If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


If that isn't it and the first 4 items in If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

don't help, see item 5 there:

If you followed the steps above and you didn't find out why you were charged, contact Apple Support.

That's the only way to know what the charges are for. Why did it not work?


Step one in that link, has a link to see all your purchases on your Apple ID.


If what is happening, is you cannot find the charges on your Apple by following the steps there, then either the charges are fake, or they are being done on another Apple ID.


Where are you seeing these charges exactly?


Are you the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group?
