Get back data
I reset my settings when i meant to click reset networks so all the data i had was everywhere so i backed it up on my itunes account and lost everything new on my phone. Is there any way i can get the new data back?

Not if the new data was not backed up., no.
Photos may be in iCloud or photostream if you had set it up
