I cant add my payment method

I cant add payment method, i have tired with 2 cards and still cant, why?

What happens when you try? Error message(s)? Payment method declined?

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store.    


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

If necessary, try Twitter


https://twitter.com/AppleSupport.          People have posted it may take an hour or more to get a response.


Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page.

But, note that you may be having a server problem. See If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201400. There have been quite a few server connection problems lately. In this regard, you can Check Apple’s System Status page to make sure the needed server is ready to go.
