Did the charges actually appear on your statement, or you only received a message about the charges? If the latter, read on.

If you received an email, a message, or a calendar notification about an unfamiliar purchase or subscription, it’s likely a phishing scam and nothing was actually charged to your account. Don't ever call, email or click on any links in that message. Just delete it and you should be fine.

If you want to confirm if the purchase was really made, log into your Apple ID/iTunes account directly and check your billing or purchase history. If there is an unauthorized purchase shown there, you can file for a refund from there using the Report a Problem form:

Hi, hope you are well.

If you head to this site:

reportaproblem.apple.com

sign into your Apple ID, and then select "Report" next to the thing you have been charged for, there should be a drop down menu option to request a refund. normally it's instant and you will get an email from apple saying your refund will be processed, and the money will be back on it's way to the original account that it was used to be purchased. But if not you can speak to someone on apple support and get this problem fixed pretty soon.

If you run into any problems let me know and I will try my best to help you. Hope this helps, stay safe.
