I haven't sent back the requested product but Apple said they received the item already??
I'm waiting for my apple pencil replacement to be delivered but unfortunately four days passed, FedEx hasn't update any status except Pending. I have no way to mail back my broken pencil but just now, Apple sent me an email saying they have received my broken pencil and the technician starts looking into the issues.
My question is, whose pencil are they looking at? and also, I will be charged 200 dollars for a non-existent pencil as they assume the new one is delivered and the old one was shipped back.
I'm waiting for my replacement pencil not another 200 dollar new pencil which god knows when it will be delivered.
Anyone can help?
