Replacing Macbook Air USB (Early 2015)

Both USB ports on the machine do not function. How much would it cost to have them replaced professionally?

Are you certain that both of the USB ports do not work? Do the Thunderbolt ports work?

Can you try the following procedures and then check the functionality of the USB ports again?

  1. eset SMC by following the directions applicable to your MacBook Air here ➔ How to Reset SMC. If that does not solve things then-
  2. Reset NVRAM/PRAM by following the directions applicable to your MacBook Air here ➔ How to Reset NVRAM/PRAM
