once i had a safari pop up that said i had 27 viruses on my phone and told me to download a app on the app store, and i did download it so what will happen to my phone?

There is no virus that can run on an iPhone.

You should delete that app, you don't need app from false ads.

You can -> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
