Yes, but they can be most anyone's Bluetooth headphones. The trick if finding the headphones instructions for putting them into "Discovery" mode so that Apple Watch can find and pair to them. I've successfully paired 4 different brands of Bluetooth headphones (2 of them after much Google searching to find the put them into Discovery mode instructions).
