Open the Mac App Store application, sign into the store, and in the lower left corner, click on your avatar. This will bring you to what once was the Purchases tab in older versions of the Mac App Store. You should see Pages there. Click on its button to activate it. Afterward, quit the Mac App Store, and you should be able to use Pages.
