hello everybody ,
I have just started using numbers app , so i always have questions ! anyway my question is :
I have pop-ups contain names in column A
and marks I add manually in column B
And in another sheet
I have a list of names that obtained by pop-up in column A
si I need the formula that I use to collect marks for every person
I have tried to find the solution by researching but have not found it

The SUMIF function is your friend.
Two tables on one Sheet. That makes it easier to create formulas.
Formula in Table 2 B2 =SUMIF(Table 1::A,A2,Table 1::B)
When all is working well, you can move (Cut and Paste) a table to another Sheet. The formulas will automatically update.

A hint of searching:
In the question just addressed, you were looking for a way to write a formula to calculate a "sum" of marks for each named person.
To search:
Click on any cell (eg. the one where you want to see the result) to select it, then type = to open the Function Browser.
In the Search box of the browser, type what you are looking for ( sum ).
The browser will automatically show you a list of functions containing the string SUM in their names, and other functions whose purpose is in the same category.
Selecting one of the functions (by clicking on its name) will show you a brief description of the function, its syntax, definitions of each of the terms in the syntax, and at least one example o how to use the function in a Numbers cell.
Double clicking the name of the function in the list will place it in the Formula Editor, where you can build the formula around it.
