Odd Pages Print in Mac

Could you please tell me how to print only odd/even pages in preview/Microsoft Word/pdf?

Anything that uses the standard Print dialogs will show that under the Paper-Handing section (a drop-down menu typically showing the Application-name) like this:
On the dropdown menu shown above as Preview, choose Paper handling
under Page Order, choose Odd pages.
In my printers, I use that for two-sided, with this rhyme:
Print the even pages Oddly (in reverse order)
then print the odd pages evenly (regular)
If you flip the stack correctly and re-load, this give you manual two-sided in many Printers.
