The phone number used to access my Apple ID I have forgotten which number I used to access it

You can edit your personal information, including trusted phone numbers, by logging into your AppleID account at https://appleid.apple.com

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.

It sounds like you may be using your mobile number as your Apple ID. If so, see Use your mobile phone number as your Apple ID https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207944#change-appleid. See the heading Change your Apple ID to a different mobile phone number.

But, if you don't know your number, then you won't be able to change it. So, see:

Before trying to answer your security questions is very important that you think about your questions, including your birth date, and their answers carefully and try to recall all details you can. If you don't answer them correctly enough, then you easily can lose control of your account.
