How do I set up automatic payments using my COMPUTER?

While setting up account actions can be done on my iPhone, it would be a heck of a lot easier using my computer. But I don't see any way to do so?

Many of us don't live and die by every change Apple makes.

I was unaware of any changes until you responded. If @askbarnabas takes umbrage with my reply, he/she has my apologies, but his/her answer is still wrong today.

Give us a break. That option did not exist yesterday when @askbarnabas replied. The website was established and enabled just today. So @askbarnabas was correct yesterday.
