iphone 11, people can not hear me during a call. This happens randomly, not evert time

Hi i have a brand new iphone 11.

50% of the time when receiving calls, people can not hear me and need to call back. (this is not happening each time)

this is happening over cell call.

i tried to record a voice note and it works well.

os 13.5.1

any ideas?

Perform a forced restart of your SE:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

If you get no help, read this:--> If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support:--> Get Support
