My Apple Watch Series 4 thinks that I am continuously exercising.

My Apple Watch thinks that I am continuously exercising. It’s 11am and it says I’ve exercised for 250+ minutes. I did just get a new iPhone 11. Not sure what the issue is

Try this;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
