Safari failed, Chrome works - Apple Login Issue

Hi everyone, I am on 2020 MacBook Air, and love it. I wanted to use naive app that developed by Apple to run better on Air because the CPU on Air are running different than Pro, and want able to save battery life and more effective that way rather than using 3rd party apps. Now when I use Safari, it works great, however there's some website that doesn't work, become bothersome... I decided to test it, cleared cache, and cookies, histories. The problem persists. I decided to try install Chrome just to test it out, and it turn out Chrome works just fine. I went back to Safari and try again, and it still doesn't work... Argh.

Example, I usually read few of Market articles and sometimes the video or the article won't show up.

Other example: I went to Safari and open Apple.com and go to login account to check my account, the Safari was still loading and stuck.

Any idea how to fix that?

Thanks,

D

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Safe Mode - About.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin.

Morning Eric,

As yesterday I was struggling trying to remove/disable Adobe and it still stubborn stuck in the file and keep running it during boot and ran etrecheck and still there. I managed to disable Fanny (bjango) without issue. I decided to back up and reformat the MacBook and fresh install Catalina, and now it runs well and ran etrecheck again, all gone. Ran Safari again, and all works. Give it few more days to see if that problem persists. I'll let you know. :) Here the report below if you want check it out.

You are welcome. Did you runtime Etrecheck report while booted normally?

Try disabling the below, then quit/reopen Safari and test.
