If you have forgotten the ScreenTime passcode, one of these two procedures should resolve the problem:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211021

If your iPad is capable of supporting iPadOS 13.x, you should update to the most current version before attempting to resolve a forgotten ScreenTime passcode. The most recent iPadOS updates have introduced a new mechanism whereby a forgotten ScreenTime passcode can be reset without wiping the iPad.

To reset a forgotten ScreenTime passcode on older versions of iOS/iPadOS, the iPad must be reset “as new”, losing all locally stored data.

I hope this information is helpful to you in successfully resetting your forgotten passcode.

If as your signature suggest you have iPad 2, running iOS 9.3.5, you cannot reset the Screen Time passcode on such an old device. You can ONLY reset the Screen Time passcode on a device running iPadOS 13. 4 or higher.

To get past this forgotten code, you'll have to erase the iPad using your home computer with iTunes and you CANNOT restore from backup as the passcode is part of the backup.

This link will explain how to erase your iPad --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support

Remember, you cannot restore from backup in this scenario.
