TV+ free offer
I have TV+ now and my next invoice is scheduled for March 2021. However, I just purchased a new Apple TV with an offer a one year of TV+ for free. Do I need to cancel my account first, then sign up again with this offer?

You will have to contact Apple Support to see if they can do anything for you. The offer is not automatic for existing or previous subscribers.
