Messages won't send files on 2019 MacBook Pro

After updating to Catalina, Messages won't send files anymore. Whenever I try to send a file, the progress bar goes nearly to the end then hangs for 10 minutes then I get an error saying "Not Delivered"

MacBook Pro 15″, 10.13
