Hi,
I am using iPhone XS running on iOS 13 with latest update. From the last two, the screen record quality is very poor. The recorded videos are not even 24 FPS. I haven't changed any settings on my phone. May I know how can i fix this.

Have you tried restarting yet? If not, try that now: Restart your iPhone. After restarting, test to see if the screen recording is still poor quality.
