I need to change country but have credit in Apple ID

I have moved to New Zealand and need to change country but am unable to do this as I have a credit amount on Apple ID and it won’t let me use it as pay method to pay for music

Buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
