my iPhone backup is missing from my iCloud I can only locate my iPad backup

I have had a back up for the last 13 years always one said “My iphone” and the “My ipad”. My iphone crashed and i restored it and when I went to back it up only the “my ipad” option was there. Is there anyway of retrieving the “my iphone“ back up from icloud or is it gone forever?
