hacked

Supposedly received a call from Apple telling me not to use my iPhone and iPad for financial functions. That I was hacked. If i wanted to speak to a Apple Representative press 1. Or call 855-929-2176.

Has anyone else received similar?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

This is a spam. Do not answer or divulge with any info. For all you know it could be a Phishing attempt too.

In addition to the above...

The callers are trying to hack you. Not your iPad and your iPhone. We’re easier to hack, too.

Yes, everybody gets these scams.

If you’ve done something to imply you’re potentially vulnerable to these scams, you'll get more of them, too.
