iCloud files

I have all my video files on my phone but they are not on my iCloud on the desktop. What can I do to get that video file on the iCloud on desktop?

Do you have iCloud Photos enabled on your phone? If you do, then you'll see your photos/videos at iCloud.com.

I did make sure it was enabled. I even refreshed the iCloud just to make sure but it’s still not there :(
